#BattleForBihar has kicked off with the Election Commission having announced the schedule. The five phase poll would announce the victor on the Diwali eve. That it is an extremely important verdict is an understatement. #BattleForBihar has already set the temperature soaring in the capital. Prime Minister has staked his own reputation taking on the Nitish led alliance. It has already turned out to be a battle of words between the Prime Minister and the serving Chief Minister. The alliance arithmetic is pretty fragile for friends have turned foes and foes have turned friends. The lure of power is holding the respective alliances intact yet but strains are pretty visible. In the war for mind space among voters, the discourse has been dominated by rhetoric and diatribe. The make or break poll must ultimately yield a new vision for Bihar 2.0. Rest is elementary!
